Mercure Ismailia Forsan Island

The staff is really very nice and keen to please you especially Rana at the reception. The location is very nice and the view from our room was beautiful as it gathered both the garden and part of the lake. After we checked out, they called us because we had forgotten my sunglasses so we went back to pick it.

This is my first visit in a long time, i was surprised with quality of service by all staff there specially selvia an youssef, room vibe was absolutely great it was so clean and comfortable. Great experience i will definitely do it again

So, positive things first, we booked a lake view room. Room: The room is clean and reimbursed, it's not big(medium size) however the balcony is spacious with a great view! try to book a room with a lake view and on higher levels to have even a better one. Food: the breakfast is acceptable (Average) variety is limited, yet the quality is good. (you get what you pay for, no surprises) The location is mins from all the restaurants and lovely places in ISmalia, so you can quickly enjoy the area. The Check-in process was a bit long as it was a season, but I believe it should be okay on season days. The staff is really friendly, and the treatment is fair and square.

all staff we met were polite, friendly with an excellent appears and clean room, Resturant and café on the beach and everywhere are so clean room was comfortable and lake view so good breakfast patisserie delicious and the coffee was good.

Staff are very helpful, specially ( Silvia), really she is amazing, chef Amir was doing more than his best to help me in the breakfast time specially with baby, he was carrying about asking if the food is suitable for my baby and how he could help me to do. Laundry team to finish my sister wedding dress in a very short time and excellent work, Fawzy he was helping me with my huge luggage with a friendly smile always.
